Policies
Availability and Pricing

We make every attempt to stock all items everyday. However, some inventories may be limited to quantities on hand, prices and fees are subject to change without our advance notice. To ensure you get the accessories you need at the current pricing please order right away.

Grand Hall reserves the right to modify the accessory assortment as necessary without notice.  We cannot be responsible for typing errors.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping:

Orders are shipped for delivery within 10 business days.  If you prefer rush delivery, we offer this shipping option (some additional fees may apply). 

Our shipper will not deliver on the following dates:
  • New Year’s Day
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Thanksgiving Friday
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

Our items normally ship the next business day after the order was placed. There will be a slight delay for any items ordered the day before a holiday or on the holiday itself.

  • If the holiday falls on a weekday, the order will be shipped 1-2 business days after the holiday.
  • If the holiday falls on a weekend, the order will be shipped 2-3 business days after the holiday.
  • If you are ordering items the day before or the day of a holiday, please take these delays into account when placing your order.

If you would like your shipment to arrive before any of the listed holidays, please order your items in advance and allow ample time for your items to ship. Items may not be delivered on the holiday date.

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct shipping options to ensure their packages arrive on the date and time of their choosing. Customers must take into account the dates our offices are closed and our shipper’s non-service dates when selecting their shipping options. Grand Hall USA is not responsible for any failure of the customer to choose the correct shipping options, or if the customer does not allow ample time for the item to ship.

Handling:

To protect your shipment and our environment, Grand Hall now utilizes the Fromm Airpad Technology.  This patented system offers better protection for your order and is reusable.Handling:

Return & Refund Policy for Parts and Accessories

  • All returns must have a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.  To request an RMA number call us at 877-550-8040 Monday through Friday from 8AM - 4:30 PM CST or click here to submit an e-mail request form.  RMA numbers are valid 30 calendar days from date of issue.  NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RMA NUMBER.
  • A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged whenever products are returned due to "wrong item ordered", "customer does not like product", "item no longer needed" or "could not get it to work."  Shipping is non refundable.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of receipt of product.

  • All returns must be unused and in original packaging, any missing pieces will result in less credit.

  • Original merchandise packaging must not be defaced or altered in any way.  If Grand Hall USA determines the product cannot be resold, an additional 10% refurbishment fee will be charged.
  • Purchaser is responsible for shipping/insurance to our warehouse.  We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during shipping.
  • Products initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a restocking fee as well as a freight charge for replacement shipment.
  • Refunds will be in the form of your original payment and will take up to 14 business days to process.  The time it takes for credits to appear on your credit/ debit card statements depends on your issuing banks' billing cycle.
  • Product returned to Grand Hall USA as either refused or undeliverable (other than freight damaged goods or an error by us) will be subject to restocking fees and shipping charges.

Packaging Returns

  • Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible.
  • If the original packaging is not available use packaging that will ensure adequate protection of the product.
  • Include a copy of your packing slip inside the package.
  • Returned product without a copy of the packing slip cannot be processed.

The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package or our Receiving Department will refuse to accept the package.

We accept Mastercard and Visa on all online orders.  Your credit card charges will appear as a purchase from Grand Hall USA, Inc.

We encourage parents to take an active interest in their children’s internet use. We do not intend to collect information from children who are under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you should not provide information on our website and should ask your parent to do so for you.

Security and confidentiality over the internet cannot be 100% guaranteed. Internet communications can be intercepted, loss and altered. Whenever you provide information over the internet it is possible for a third party to view the information. You acknowledge and agree that Grand Hall USA, Inc. shall not be responsible for any damages you may suffer as a result of the transmission of confidential or sensitive information over the internet, and that all such communications will be at your own risk.
